Access data (server log files)
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores data in server log files transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL and information about your browser and operating system. This processing serves to provide and secure the website and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to investigate security incidents.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set any cookies – not even technically necessary ones – and uses no analytics or tracking tools. No external resources such as web fonts, CDN content, maps or social media plugins are embedded. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.
The only storage on your device: to control the start animation, the website stores a value without any personal reference in your browser’s sessionStorage („cbd_splash“). This storage is strictly necessary for displaying the website (Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG) and is deleted automatically when you close your browser. A consent banner is therefore not required.
If you select a language via the language switcher, the website stores your choice in your browser’s localStorage („cbd_lang“) so that the site is shown in that language on future visits. On your first visit, the website also evaluates the language configured in your browser – locally only, without transmitting anything to us. This storage, too, is strictly necessary for the service you request (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); it contains no personal data and persists until you clear your browser data.
Contact
If you contact us by e-mail or talk to us via Zoom, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required, provided no statutory retention obligations apply. If we offer you a Zoom call, the privacy policy of Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc., USA) additionally applies; a connection to Zoom is only established when you actively open the meeting link.
Encryption
The website is delivered via SSL/TLS encryption (https) to protect the transmission.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact info@chabuduo.de.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, who is responsible for us.
